Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value our clients and strive to provide accurate services. However, due to the nature of astrology and spiritual consultations, refunds and cancellations are handled with care.

  1. Consultation Refunds: Consultations once provided cannot be refunded as they are personalized services.
  2. Product Refunds: If the gemstone or Rudraksha is defective or damaged during transit, you can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before processing starts. Once the item is shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
  4. Disputes: If you are unsatisfied with any service or product, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will work towards a fair resolution.
